| ABSTRCT | Documents management is a method to organize current knowledge, right documents management method can not only decrease time of knowledge searching but actively recommend suitable document for user by algorithm function.
This paper proposed a documents management system to combine RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and optimizing recommendation method. This system can get documents information immediately and intelligently and provide suitable recommendation result with user's personal using behavior, documents characteristics and the document relations regulated in TTQS (Taiwan TrainQuali System) standard. So that the system helps collaborative operation between organizations in document sharing. This paper describes the document management work to reach the active response and communication that it helps to consolidate the upgrade with management efficiency and explore the potential business chance. |
