| 中文摘要(Abstrct) | 海峽兩岸皆將軟體產業列為重點產業積極推動發展，近來也有許多台灣軟體業者進入對岸投資，跨兩岸軟體之生產網絡似乎正形成發展中。本文主旨在於論述全球生產網絡之發展牽動著兩岸軟體業者間之互動關係，也造成尚未強健發展之台灣軟體業聚集於台北地區發展以收群聚效益之同時，也進行對外投資佈局之雙重性，此影響著台灣軟體產業之空間分佈；研究也發現產官關係制約著此生產網絡之發展，這是由於受到兩岸特殊關係之影響，使得台灣軟體產業之發展上，出現政府及產業界不同調之危機，此不但影響跨界生產網絡之運作，也造成台灣軟體產業發展上之困境。 |
| ABSTRCT | Both Taiwan and China have regarded software industry as an essential industry and made efforts to promote its development. Recently, many Taiwan’s software firms have entered into China to set up their branches or establishments. A cross-Strait software production network is likely to develop even if Taiwanese software industry has not yet strongly developed in the global market. This paper aims to posit that the interactions of Taiwan-China software industry are driven by the development of global production networks. This can explain why Taiwan’s software firms are agglomerating in Taipei to enjoy the benefits of clustering while they are undertaking their outward investments. The study also finds out that the state-industry relations have influenced the development of cross-Strait production networks. Due to the special relationships between Taiwan and China, there has a crisis of the state and industry taking different directions in terms of responding to the development of production networks. This causes a negative influence on the operations of production networks and confined the development of Taiwan’s software industry. |
