| ABSTRCT | People wrote and published so many books during Ming dynasty, and writing
atmosphere is much more better than Yuan dynasty. However, there is also good and
poor writing among all works. When Si Koo ministers wrote ''The Content of Si Koo
Encyclopedia,'' they could evaluate the value of Ming productions, and gave some
proper comments. Now, we review it, and we can discover that it continues the
scholars' points of views from the end of Ming to the early of Chin. Besides, the
comments are more neatly and cover all kinds of scoring standard. It really
established a special system as well as has great influence and value. This article
tried to analyze the commentary of Ming ministers, by delivering its advantages to
