| 中文摘要(Abstrct) | 隨著科技的進步與發展，視覺技術與雲端服務的不斷提升，三維空間資訊的需求逐漸擴大。三維資料的應用因應需求與視覺化效果之不同，大致可分為以景觀與外部紋理為表現之LOD1~LOD2層級，及以建物外部結構與內部細緻為表現之LOD3~LOD4層級，前者多以聚落或區域為呈現，適用於導覽與環境監測，後者則是以建物棟次為單元，適用於如產權之管理與建物內部圖資應用。
三維地籍為目前各國積極發展之以三維資料建立產權管理之新思維，本文說明內政部推動中之三維地籍建物模型建置與多目標地籍立體圖資服務網之成果。三維地籍建物模型係以建物測產權登記之建號資料為基礎，建立以戶為單元之細緻性資料，除可作為不動產之產權管理維護民眾權利外，其結果尚可結合戶政、工務建管、維安與防救災之加值應用。三維地籍建物模型的建立與成果分享之多目標利用，為後續推動發展三維地籍之重要資源。

| ABSTRCT | Through the technology advancement and development, visualization techniques and cloud service have improved, demands for three-dimensional (3D) spatial information have increased. Depending on the application and the visual effects, 3D spatial data can be categorized into LOD1~2 which exhibits exterior display and building texture; and LOD3-4 which displays building structure and interior details. The former category are mostly shown in clutters or zones that are suitable for navigation and environment monitoring; the later uses as per dwelling basis that is suitable for property management and building indoor map application.
3D cadastre is a new concept that exploits 3D information for property management with developments being advocated in many countries. This paper describes the achievements of the project sponsored by the Land Administration Department of the Ministry of the Interior to promote 3D cadastral building database establishment and multi-purpose 3D cadastral web system. 3D cadastral building model is constructed on the basis of building number registered during survey and established detail information for each unit. The model aids real-estate property management to protect ownership, and is further integrated with additional information to create valued applications including census management, industrial construction management, public safety, disaster prevention and relief. The multi-purpose applications derived from 3D cadastral application is an important resource for future 3D cadastral development.
